Senior Marketing Manager DACH (all genders)

Location: Austria (preferably Vienna), Germany, Spain or Italy. You are already allowed to work within the EU borders
Language requirements: German native, English fluent
Experience requirements: 5 years of full-time in marketing and communications
Gross salary range: EUR 54 - 60k/year
Employment type: full time according to local labor law, no free-lancing

Since this could be a remote position, you’ll start your journey with us through a 1-2 week in-person onboarding at our Vienna HQ. This is meant to give you and the team you’ll be joining some time to get to know each other and spend some quality time together.

The Role: Join us to boost fiskaly's presence in the DACH region! Collaborate with marketing & sales teams on diverse tasks, from crafting articles to supporting all marketing initiatives. Dive into our dynamic environment and grow alongside us.

Your Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the marketing team lead, you will help shape our marketing and communication strategy and initiatives in the DACH region (main focus in Germany), as well as in existing markets when necessary.

• You will conduct research and contribute by creating articles on topics pertinent to our interests, including digitalization, innovation, retail and technology, as well as tax and law.

• You will support in event management and generation of training materials.

• You will participate in all additional marketing measures (Ad campaigns, social media, etc.) with the team.

• You will support the marketing and sales team in communication with different associations and stakeholders.

• You will contribute to the overall marketing initiatives by collaborating with the marketing team in a dynamic and agile environment, adjusting to the company’s needs.

• You will be part of a multicultural scale-up environment and you’ll learn from a senior team.

You're a fit if

• You have a degree on marketing or communications (Master’s degree preferably)

• Have at least 5 years of full-time experience in marketing and communications

• You have a background in B2B or startup environment

• You understand complex topics quickly and can filter & present them to different audiences

• You follow relevant trends & topics to react flexibly to current events

• You have great organizational and communication skills

You'll impress us if

• You are fluent in Spanish, Italian or French

• You have experience in media relations, supporting internal and external teams (agencies)

• You have experience in growth marketing

• You have experienced the POS market in Germany or another country

• You are willing to develop yourself continuously, personally, and professionally
