YOUR QUALIFICATIONS\:

Personal:

  • You are a team player and have very good communication skills

  • You have a structured way of working

Professional:

  • You have five years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role (e.g. office management)
  • You have very good working knowledge of English and German in both written and spoken forms
  • You are proficient at using the Microsoft Office suite software
  • You have preferably project management training and/or experience

This role may require travel (up to 25%).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the airline team in all administrative and facility management matters, be responsible for the organisation of internal events and support with cross-departmental projects.

You will report directly to the CFO DHL Air Austria.

YOUR TASKS:

  • You support the airline team in all administrative and organizational activities (meetings, travel management, correspondence, documentation).
  • You coordinate purchasing and order processing and are the contact for suppliers at the Vienna location.
  • You are responsible for the reception and petty cash
  • You support the planning and organization of internal events.
  • Liaising with internal departments at all levels concerning our local facility, coordinating any maintenance and repair with external suppliers
  • Various ad hoc tasks from the Senior Management Team
