This position reports to

R&D Global Unit Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand behavior and pain points, create design artifacts to promote a user-centric approach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions.

Furthermore:

* You will be tasked with leading the UX process within your designated product area, while consistently advocating for a user-centric approach within your team.
* Advocate for the prioritization of user centered design changes, refinements, and improvements.
* Leverage our internal UX Design System while actively contributing to its continuous improvement and evolution.
* Participate in various initiatives as a member of the UX team and contribute to elevating the organization's UX maturity level.

Qualifications for the role

* Studies in the field of Computer Science are beneficial, relevant work experience will also be considered.
* 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, working within cross functional teams to conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and building prototypes.
* Ability to swiftly grasp and understand a complex B2B developer tool will be prioritized.
* Portfolio of your best projects displaying your direct contributions as a UX designer.
* This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Familiarity with using our primary UX design tool: Figma.
* Very good English skills, German skills are a plus
* Ability to work in a team, self-organized, open-minded-personality
