Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear and professional support.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a voice or blended role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
