Team Lead BP- and Product-Configuration
Your responsibilities
- Configuration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for product- and B-Partner-configuration in alignment with the business objectives of Allianz Partners and B-Partner requirements
- Technology Integration: Implement and manage configuration tools and systems to support accurate and efficient product and B-Partner customization. This includes all processes necessary to ensure E2E process management in core systems (e.g. beneficiary database, commission setup in line with local regulation, B-Partner characteristics, process specificities and settlement)
- Process Optimization: Oversee the design and optimization of product configuration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering accurately configured products and B-Partner and addressing configuration-related issues promptly and effectively
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and B-Partners of Allianz Partners to align product configuration processes with organizational objectives
- Customization Guidelines: Establish guidelines and standards for product customization and in consequence ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that configured products meet quality standards and specifications of Allianz Partners
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of configurations, specifications and customization requirements
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in business partner- and product-configuration processes through data analysis and feedback mechanisms
- Training and Development: Provide training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of teams involved in product configuration
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with B-Partners to understand their configuration requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Risk Management: Identify and reduce potential risks associated with B-Partner and product configuration by implementing measures to prevent errors and defects
- Compliance: Ensure that B-Partner- and product-configurations adhere to industry regulations, standards and compliance requirements
- Cost Management: Optimize costs associated with B-Partner- and product-configuration processes while maintaining quality and meeting customer expectations
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business partner- and product-configuration and provide regular reports to the leadership team of Allianz Partners
- Process Development: Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of B-Partner- and Product-Configuration processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence. On top drive solutions to ensure process optimization related to system configuration with impact on core Ops LoB processes
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence that improves AES (Allianz Engagement Survey) scores. Be an ambassador of AzP and role model our values while creating a high-performance culture and teams
