We are looking for a Business Analyst with Workday experience to join the digital unit of one of the world's largest and most beloved furniture retailers. To lead critical requirements decisions for the global implementation and rollout of Workday software, ensuring we meet our long-term business goals.
Business Analyst Workday (m/f/x)
Your mission
- Gather and analyse user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market
- Focus on reporting risks, and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects
- On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies
- Take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices
- Keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate
- Organise and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions
Your experience
- At least 2 -3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or similar position
- Completed studies in IT, business administration, or relevant fields
- Previous experience with the software tool Workday, either as a user or through a professional context
- Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning
- Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence
- A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills
- Fluent-Level of both German and English
