Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist who excels at balancing big-picture strategy with in-depth analysis. You have extensive experience in lead generation, user journey optimization, content creation, and digital marketing. You are innovative, numbers-driven, and KPI-focused, always eager to test and implement new marketing strategies.

Your Profile
You are a smart, experienced digital marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation. You have a strong background in customer journey optimization, content marketing, and growth hacking.
You have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and enjoy experimenting with different approaches.
You are skilled in lead generation across multiple channels, including digital ads, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
You have excellent communication skills and a talent for crafting compelling messaging.
You thrive in a data-driven environment and make decisions based on performance metrics and KPIs.
You are highly creative, full of ideas, and eager to develop innovative marketing strategies.
You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and focused on execution.
You are a team player, pragmatic, and committed to driving company success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive lead generation through digital channels such as ads, SEO, content marketing, podcasts, and partnerships.
Optimize customer journey from landing page to conversion.
Own marketing budget and performance KPIs to ensure effectiveness.
Develop and execute brand-building and partnership strategies.
Continuously test and implement new digital marketing strategies to position Helu as the leading FP&A tool in Germany.
Required Skills & Experience
Native German speaker with professional-level English proficiency.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation.
Strong expertise in experimenting with different marketing tools and strategies.
Highly analytical, numbers-driven, and detail-oriented.
Excellent time management and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Experience in content marketing and growth hacking.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership.
Hands-on and execution-focused with a "get things done" attitude.
Knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, UserGuiding, and social media platforms.
A true team player, down-to-earth, and ready to push boundaries.
