What you can look forward to with us: Flexible working hours and mobile office option 30 days of vacation and the option of 5 additional days of "flexi vacation" Additional financial benefits for travel costs and childcare, among other things Up-to-date smartphone (Android/iOS) for professional & private use What you can expect: Technical consulting: You analyze customer requirements, translate them into tailor-made software solutions and provide our customers with technical support Product demos & presentations: Show what our software can do - live, understandable and with passion Accompany tendering processes: From the initial idea to the solution architecture to the handover to project management, you are the linchpin Technical interface: you work closely with Sales, Development and Support to deliver the best solutions Trade fairs & events: Be the technical face of our company and provide support at specialist events or (inter)national customer meetings What you bring with you: A degree in a technical field (e.g. industrial engineering), in transportation / mobility or many years of experience in the public transport industry You have a high level of expertise in software as well as in public transport processes and structures A passion for technology and a strong technical understanding Experience in technical support, IT consulting or software development an advantage Enjoy explaining complex content in an understandable way Very good German and English language skills for customer-oriented and targeted communication with various stakeholders Flexibility across time zones and enjoy occasional (inter)national business trips (approx. 20% willingness to travel) Any questions?
