To further strengthen their logistics operations, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Site Logistics (m/f/d) to oversee and optimise all logistics processes at their production site in Salzburg.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site logistics activities, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and material flow.

• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry guidelines.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments such as production, supply chain, and procurement to ensure seamless operations.

• Manage and develop the logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement digital solutions for logistics optimisation.

• Monitor key logistics performance indicators and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior logistics role, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of logistics regulations, inventory management, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
