Service Support Job Summary:
It is everyone’s job at Westwood to serve our members and their guests.
Specifically, it is a support staff’s job to carry food and drink from the bar or kitchen to the table, as well as bussing tables. Support staff must do so quickly and accurately. Service Support...
· Possess knowledge of table numbers, position, and seat numbers in relevant dining outlets.
· Set the kitchen staff up for success by preparing condiments and other items needed to deliver food.
· Prepare bus stations before service and restock as needed.
· Organize and match each ticket to run the food/drinks out to the tables accurately.
· Ensure that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket, noting modifications and allergies.
· Correct the menu item with the chef or bartender before delivering the dish if it does not meet the exact specifications on the ticket.
· Assist in pre-bussing and resetting tables as needed, quickly and efficiently
· Deliver dirty dishes to kitchen and dirty glassware to bar.
· Have a strong understanding of our menu and general food/drink preparation processes.
· Assist Servers, Bussers, and Bartenders as needed.
· Understand the Westwood standards and chef’s expectations, and work towards serving the member’s experience.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
· Enjoys the challenge of working quickly and efficiently.
· Demonstrates good energy and motivation.
· Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
· Regular and reliable attendance.
· Can remain standing for several hours straight and can carry about 35 pounds easily.
· Food & beverage experience (preferred).
· High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred).
Availability & Schedule:
· We are currently looking for someone available to work at both lunch and dinner; weekends and some holidays (flexible).
