Business Development Analyst

Your Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the student housing and co-living sectors.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models for new projects, including cash flow projections, investment analysis, and valuations.
• Strategic Business Development: Assess new business development opportunities and provide strategic recommendations based on market research and financial analysis.
• Data & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry data and competitor reports to support the company’s strategy.
• Project Evaluation & Documentation: Conduct feasibility studies, prepare development proposals, and present findings to senior management.
• Stakeholder Management & Travel: Collaborate with internal and external partners and travel to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.

• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Hospitality with strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment, or finance within real estate and/or hospitality.
• Fluency in English and another language (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch).
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Results-driven, resourceful, and adaptable, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with a proactive approach

• For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least €50,000 for a full-time role. A market-competitive overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
