Retail Sales Representative (m/w/d): Mons Royale Pop-Up Store Innsbruck

Our goal is to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres and to inspire the rider to a life of action (activism) and adventure.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team at our Innsbruck Pop-Up Store. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are available to start immediately and work with us until mid to late May, depending on availability.

You will be providing outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products. The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Create an inclusive in-store experience for our customer, and our in-store team.
• Ensure store standards are always upheld.
• Engaging with our local fan base and brand ambassador.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus but not required.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner and strong communication skills.
• Genuine passion for sustainability and the outdoors, ability to portray our company values.
• Prepared to take responsibility to work in-store autonomously.
• Preferably German speaking but we will consider English speaking applicants as well.
• Availability to work 20hrs/week including Saturdays.
