Ecop is an Austrian company founded in 2011, which has developed a completely new heat pump technology in over 10 years of intensive R&D work. Ecop's rotation heat pump technology is based on a pure gas process that enables industrial companies to convert their heat production up to 200C from natural gas to green electricity with short amortization times and thus drive forward the heat transition. In contrast to conventional heat pumps, the heat pump technology developed by ecop does not use climate-damaging, toxic or flammable coolants. As ecop's rotation heat pump can also achieve very high temperature lifts with high efficiency and is flexible in terms of source temperature and temperature lift, it is an optimal solution for many applications in industry, district heating and geothermal energy.

75% of industrial energy consumption is heat, of which 90% is still produced from fossil fuels. An estimated 30-40% of the heat required in industry is up to 200C responsible for 5% of the global energy consumption!

Ecop is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy, for which we need highly qualified and motivated employees with diverse experience, backgrounds and nationalities. To successfully manage staff development, we need an experienced HR Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

* Managing all HR processes from recruitment to offboarding
* Developing and implementing personnel strategies to foster a positive corporate culture
* Implementing, managing and further developing HR systems and processes
* Supporting the implementation of modern HR software solutions
* Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
* Organizing and optimizing onboarding processes and personnel development measures
* Leading and implementing employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys reputation
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
* Collaborating with external partners such as HR service providers, tax consultants and authorities
* Participating in industry fairs and HR events to promote employer branding

Your Profile:

* Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a managerial position
* Strong knowledge of labor law and modern HR methods and tools
* Empathetic and communicative personality with strong advisory skills
* Structured and solution-oriented working style
* Proficient in HR software and MS Office
* Fluent in German and ideally good English skills
* Interest in new technologies and sustainable corporate strategies
* Flexibility and willingness to travel are an advantage
