We're a small, tight-knit team of under 10 people looking for a driven and creative Startup Growth Hero to join us in building something big.

Tasks

As a Startup Growth Hero, you’ll be wearing many hats and making an impact from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creator Success Outreach: Identify, engage, and build relationships with content creators to grow our network and help them thrive with Talentir’s solutions.
• Content and Copywriting: Craft compelling and creative copy for marketing materials, social media, emails, and our website to make our message resonate with creators and partners.
• Marketing Magic: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing campaigns that boost our visibility and brand.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze user feedback and campaign performance to refine strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support various initiatives, from product improvements to community building.
