With footprint spanning Vienna (HQ), Sofia, Belgrade, London, Moscow, Istanbul, and Shanghai, we are seeking a high qualified Business Analyst to join our team in Vienna.
Tasks
- Produce analytics and reporting, mapping key processes
- Identifying and correcting errors in data, ensuring data quality, and preparing data for reporting
- Provide portfolio analysis and technical input for product strategies
- Support in developing and delivering budgets for all product channels
- Improve and plan analytic processes with minimal supervision
- Build and implement portfolio analysis tools for profit and growth
- Gather and analyze end-user requirements from business users
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Create new and ad-hoc reports for business units
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Fundamental knowledge of data analysis, extraction, and management techniques
- Experience in report template creation and design
- Proficient in Excel, experience with Power BI and MS Access will be considered a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify and resolve data issues, mismatches, and suggest solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing – company language is English – other languages are also an advantage (preferably Eastern European languages such as Bulgarian, Serbian, Russian)
- Experience in the insurance business is a plus
- An Austrian working permit is required for this position

The gross minimum salary for full-time (38.5 hours) is EUR 2,772 per month. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and work experience.
