Tasks

• Prepare delicious and high-quality Japanese sushi dishes, including Maki, Nigiri, and Sashimi, for guests
• Support the upscale Japanese menu planning and design
• Ensure high quality and authenticity in sushi preparation and kitchen standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Requirements

• You are reliable, professional and a real team player
• You have a good command of Englisch, other languages such as German are a plus
• Previous experience is an advantage (e.g. as a sushi chef, head sushi chef, itamae, sous sushi chef, chef de partie for sushi, omakase chef, sashimi chef, maki chef, nigiri specialist, or similar, preferably in Japanese cuisine).
