The Team Lead Product Performance Service Agreements (m/f/d) is responsible for strategic service decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and EBITDA for the global service agreement. This role involves leading a team of 3 people, managing the Service Contract Life cycle Management Tool, and ensuring data accuracy in the Service Cost Catalogue. The manager oversees Contract Service Agreements (=CSA) templates and special release rules, collaborates with various departments, and handles the entire resolution cycle for service cases. Your Responsibilities:- Lead the CSA Product Performance Team of 3 direct reports
- Optimize service contract life cycle management tools, service cost catalogue, pricing target setting as well as processes
- Enhance CSA contract templates and special release rules to boost revenue
- Collaborate with Service Finance for performance reviews and pricing strategies
- Conduct performance reviews and manage team objectives
Your Profile:- Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with business experience
- Very strong experience in service operations, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong commercial and technical background
- Proven track of successful managing diverse, cross functional and multidisciplinary teams and managing large scale projects
- Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills
- Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in German and English
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.673,74 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
