• Backend Development: Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices-based architecture, incorporating AI-driven functionalities.
• AI Development & Integration: Develop, optimize, and fine-tune machine learning models for processing natural language as well as interpretation, integrating them into backend systems to enhance performance and scalability.
• System Design: Contribute to the design and architecture of distributed systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable, with a focus on AI-driven processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely within cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design AI-enhanced solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Agile Practices: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering agility and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Performance: Ensure software stability, performance, and security through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid Backend Experience: Hands-on Java development experience with Java and microservices, with a good understanding of scalable backend architectures.
• AI Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in developing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models, with a good understanding of AI/ML frameworks in natural language processing.
• Experience with Audio/Speech Processing: Familiarity with working on applications that handle audio or speech signals is a big plus.
• API Design: Strong knowledge of RESTful/gRPC - API design, including performance tuning and best practices.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to design scalable and maintainable AI-enhanced solutions.
• Agile Mindset: A strong commitment to agile methodologies and iterative development, while experience working in Scrum or SAFe teams is a bonus.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex AI-related concepts clearly.
