Role Summary:
We are currently seeking for German Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Malta and contribute to a safer online environment by providing German-language customer support via email and chat, and moderating content across various platforms to ensure compliance and prevent harmful activity. This role involves a blend of direct customer interaction and content review, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and live chat.
- Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Identify and escalate policy violations and fraudulent activities.
- Provide feedback on trends and user issues to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings and late nights until midnight.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures.
