Your Potential Assignment Fields
* Global IT Feedback Survey: Design and execute a comprehensive survey, presenting findings to the Board of IT Directors. * AI Document Intelligence Use Case: Implement an AI-driven document intelligence solution in collaboration with business stakeholders. * Ticket System Implementation: Evaluate and implement a ticketing system tailored for a specific business department. * Time Management Software: Participate in the implementation of a time management software solution for Austria. * Global Rollout Contribution: Contribute to the global rollout of SuccessFactors and Identity & Access Management systems. * Application Portfolio Review: Conduct a thorough review and update of the application portfolio, enhancing the application governance process.
Your Profile
* You are a recent (or soon-to-be) graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business informatics or related fields. * You have a minimum of six months' work experience, ideally in industry and/or an international context and you are now using this expertise to make a real impact at our company. * Initial experience with business applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, ...), IT infrastructure management, or in the SAP environment is an advantage but not a requirement. * You are fluent in English; German or any other language skills are an asset. * You have ideally gained intercultural experience by working or studying in a foreign cultural environment. * You are fluent in English; German or any other language skills are an asset. * You are a forward-thinker and strategic visionary who is eager to shape our company and drive its growth. * You are highly motivated and adaptable, ready to tackle challenges with flexibility. * You are mobile within the program duration (for rotations or business trips abroad)
Our Offer
* During the 18-month program, you will get to know the internal IT landscape comprehensively and immerse yourself in Greiner's Group IT. * In three different rotations, you will go through various IT departments according to your skillset and interest. It will give you an extensive insight into the IT processes and software applications of a modern, global industrial company. You will work on national and international (sub-)projects and build hands-on knowledge integrated into the company's daily operations. * You will be paired with a mentor from Greiner management. Additionally, you gain support from a fellow GPP buddy who is one year ahead. * Between assignments you will get insights into Greiner through training modules and get-togethers with Greiner senior management and experts. * Additionally, your professional and personal development is supported with an individual training budget.
We offer a hybrid working model with flexible working hours according to our internal policy. Annual gross salary during the program is EUR 55.000 (full-time, all-in) together with other Greiner benefits.
