Data & Steering Lead, Talent Acquisition

What you do

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, in this role you will be responsible for managing and analyzing talent attraction and acquisition data to provide actionable insights, and supporting to steer to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of recruitment metrics, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations steering through the team to positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about using data to drive decision-making.

Additionally you will be responsible for:

  • ­ collect, analyze, and interpret talent attraction and acquisition data from various sources (e.g., SF, Payroll, surveys) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • ­ develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to Talent Acquisition leaders and stakeholders.
  • ­ establish a strong data-driven recruitment workforce steering optimizing resource allocation and capacity planning in line with volume development
  • ­ monitor key Talent Acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate experience) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • ­ steer and manage effectiveness of vendors, service delivery and provide insight of opportunities/ improvements
  • ­ collaborate with TA Leaders to identify data needs and provide analytical support for ongoing and future recruitment projects.
  • ­ conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all recruitment systems and platforms.
  • ­ provide data-driven recommendations to optimize recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • ­ support the development and implementation of recruitment forecasting models to anticipate hiring needs and allocate resources effectively.
  • ­ stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment analytics and data management.
  • ­ assist in the creation and presentation of data-driven reports and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • ­ partner with IT and HRIS teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of recruitment data systems and tools.


What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role, preferably within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources with proven experience of vizualisation/ creating end user dashboards
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Experience with SuccessFactors OR alternate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • ­Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and best practices in Talent Acquisition.
