About Your Role
- As Financial Controller, you actively support Addiko Bank’s monthly management reporting with focus on automatization and KPI steering
- You support in preparation of the financial statement with focus on the business line reporting
- With your expertise, you support the short- and midterm planning process of the Group
- You conduct ad-hoc and deviation analyses
- And you participate in maintenance and development of controlling tools and systems
Is This You?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Already gained first experience in banking controlling is advantageous
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting
- You are fluent in English and excel at communicating complex topics clearly and effectively; German or a CSEE language is considered a plus, but not a must
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Your analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficient in using common financial software applications (especially with Excel); Power BI skills are a plus
