The Procurement/Purchasing Associate, based in our Wels office, will be responsible for procurement operations, including processing purchase orders, coordinating logistics, and enhancing procurement strategies and processes. This full-time role demands strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth procurement workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement planning & strategic purchasing. * Communicate effectively with manufacturers and suppliers. * Negotiate purchases to secure favorable terms and conditions. * Manage and process orders from initiation through completion. * Verify and control incoming invoices for accuracy. * Organize logistics and coordinate with forwarding entities to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain effective internal communication to ensure procurement processes align with company goals.
Qualifications:
* Foundational knowledge in procurement processes. * Solid commercial experience or completed relevant education * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in German is advantageous, though not mandatory. * Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is preferable
