Software Developer in Embedded and Automation (m/w/d)

Job Description: The position Software Developer in Embedded and Automation (m/w/d) offers a unique blend of responsibilities, combining the roles of an Embedded Software Developer and an Automation Engineer. This hybrid role provides a broad spectrum of tasks, allowing you to gain valuable experience in both fields. You will be developing and implementing cutting-edge embedded software solutions while working on automation technologies and machine programming.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in C/C++ (Embedded Development)
• Experience with real-time programming (Real-Time Linux)
• Strong team spirit (agile working)
• Interest in a long-term position

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in KEBA or B&R PLC programming
• Familiarity with development environments (Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, KEBA KeStudio, B&R Automation Studio)
• Experience with C programming for B&R PLCs
• Knowledge of KEBA CppEdit (KEBA PLC with C)
• Microcontroller programming skills
• Experience with CI/CD development (GitLab CI/CD)
• Expertise in Linux (Embedded Systems)
• Knowledge of failsafe programming
• Experience with AI in mechanical engineering (AI-supported data analysis)
• Proficiency in TwinCAT (Beckhoff)
