Your Mission

• You develop captivating design concepts for a variety of media and channels, spanning both digital and print, showcasing your versatility and creativity.
• You craft compelling assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and exciting initiatives, ensuring a consistent and impactful design language that elevates our brand.
• You design eye-catching email templates with a focus on best-in-class direct-to-consumer marketing, driving engagement and conversions.
• You prepare all graphic elements and imagery for website updates, including the homepage, product pages, blog posts, and promotional pop-ups, enhancing the user experience.
• You bring blog articles and landing pages to life within our content management system, using your layout and design skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly experiences.
• You ensure creative advertising content aligns with internal brand and performance goals, demonstrating your understanding of strategic marketing objectives.
• You'll conceptualize and design printed marketing materials, including internal documents, catalogs, and event materials, showcasing your ability to translate brand identity across various mediums.
• You'll contribute to the ongoing evolution of our corporate design style guide, ensuring our brand remains fresh and relevant.

Your skills

• You've already gained some valuable experience in the exciting world of graphic design, demonstrating your passion and commitment.
• Your solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is a given – you're a master of your tools!
• You're proficient in Sketch and Figma, or eager to quickly learn these platforms, showcasing your adaptability and desire to stay ahead of the curve.
• You possess a strong understanding of customer-centric digital experiences and web design best practices, ensuring your designs are both beautiful and effective.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, effortlessly juggling multiple projects with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Your excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills make you a valuable asset to any team.
• You confidently articulate visual concepts and present design work, inspiring others with your creative vision.

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world! We are an international, multicultural team with more than 15 nationalities. With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.303,- on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
