Ferring+You
You will be responsible to lead Sales and Market Access according to Ferring philosophy and leadership principles.
Your day at Ferring
Define Customer engagement strategy and Market Access strategy for all TAs in Austria, in alignment with corporate strategy as well as achievement of short- and medium-term financial results (margins, profitability), identifying and managing critical variables, establishing objectives and the development of new initiatives, according to Group strategies and ensuring consistency with the global strategy
Responsible for customer segmentation, targeting and messaging
Drive Commercial Excellence and Sales force effectiveness through process optimization measured by KPIs
Lead the execution of Integrated Brand Plans to ensure achievements of sales/ commercial goals through management of sales and market access functions
Represent Ferring in front of the Pharmaceutical Industries associations, Health Insurances companies, etc.
Regular participation in relevant international external and internal meetings
Plan and coordinate activities to ensure continuous and future market access for all products in cooperation with internal and external market access stakeholders
Identify customer needs for long-term strategic planning
Drive Public policy and Government affairs
Responsible for developing the team and drive people development and engagement
Ensure cross-functional ways of working, collaboration and alignment with all other local and global functions and departments
Proven record in managing Sales and Market Access functions, including direct Management of teams
Behind our innovation…There’s you
University degree in business administration or economics: alternatively, PhD or Medical doctor
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
Experience in an International position will be preferred
Experience in building a budget from the base upwards, of reporting against that budget and of making the necessary adjustments to achieve target
Able to drive growth and kick off situations to lead the organization to the “next level” (improving and transforming of existing business)
Adaptable to change
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Outstanding market knowledge, including experience of product launches, established brands portfolio management, life-cycle management
Sales force effectiveness, Market data analysis and Digital expertise
Deep and broad knowledge of local healthcare environment, regulations and market access
Demonstrated track record in the presentation of strategies and inspiring people for visions/ideas
