Job Description

Join a top team in Private Banking at LGT Bank, Zweigniederlassung Österreich, in Salzburg, Austria. You'll be vital to our front office.

• Reception and support of guests, clients (m/f/d) and business partners (m/f/d)
• Execution of cash disbursements
• Handing over customer mail stored in the bank
• Preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms
• Coordinating, answering and forwarding telephone calls
• Responsible for mail, travel bookings

Requirements

• Minimum education (A-levels) ideally in tourism, outstanding verbal and written expression skills as well as very good MS Office skills
• Experience in the reception/secretarial field in a company or in the tourism sector with a demanding clientele would be an advantage
• Proficiency in interacting with people, high customer and service orientation, as well as strong communication skills
• Professional, very well-groomed appearance and polite manners
• Independent, detailed and structured way of working
• Organizational talent and ability to work in a team coupled with a high degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

In addition to a very exciting field of activity, we offer you an attractive salary package. The planned gross annual salary is EUR 40,000.00 (all-in incl. Bonus on a full-time basis).
