* At ALDI SÜD"s International Customer Interaction unit, you design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints * As a Specialist for Business Strategy, you contribute to strategy projects by conducting analyses, supporting team members, and proactively solving challenges in a dynamic work environment * You'll support to manage individual workstreams by structuring tasks, prioritising deliverables, and ensuring timely execution in alignment with project goals * You'll provide research, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making in business strategy, marketing and communication initiatives * In your role you will prepare presentations, reports and workshops to effectively communicate strategic findings and recommendations to (senior) stakeholders * You'll support to conduct analyses and research to support the development of the ICI business strategy with data-based recommendations * In addition, you will support the monitoring and documentation of strategy implementation, ensuring key metrics (OKRs) and reporting are maintained accurately * As a Specialist for Business Strategy, you will perform market and competitor research, summarizing key insights to support strategic decision-making * In your role you will collaborate with product lines and IPO Strategy teams, ensuring strategic projects are supported with data, insights and executional follow-through * You'll be responsible for preparing presentations to communicate findings and support the preparation of committee materials
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* As a Specialist for Business Strategy, you have a degree in Administration or other relevant fields * You have more than a year of professional experience with e-commerce, digital services or customer engagement propositions in a fast-paced environment * You have experience in developing and implementing international business strategies for large corporations * You bring strong methodical competences including structuring and planning, analytical and conceptual thinking * Ability to collaborate in team environments with people of different backgrounds is one of your strong points * You have very good communication and stakeholder management skills * You strive for simplicity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while delivering value through omnichannel solutions * You're fluent in the English language

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300* *willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
