CIRSE Online Education Project Assistant

The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents more than 9,000 physicians worldwide. Our main mission is to provide education and training to our members to enhance patient care and to constantly improve the medical discipline of interventional radiology.

We are now looking for a new team member to join our Education and Programme Management Department. The team is responsible for managing our online congresses, webinars, and e-learning platforms, such as the CIRSE Library and the CIRSE Academy.

CIRSE Online Education Project Assistant
1010 Vienna | full time | immediate start

• Communication with the members of faculty
• Coordination of webinar programme planning and e-learning course creation
• Backend management of our educational platforms (CIRSE Library & CIRSE Academy)
• Collaboration with external partners and technology providers
• Cooperation with other CIRSE departments and the Online Education Committee
• Reporting on your projects
• Continuous improvement and development of our platforms and processes

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience in working with CMS and/or e-learning systems (e.g. Moodle)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools as well as online meeting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation and enthusiasm to work as part of an ambitious team

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience

• Educational background or working experience in the field of e-learning and/or project management
• Advanced written and spoken German or additional languages
• Elementary coding skills (HTML)
• Interest in medical education or education in general
