Senior Business Architect (m/f/x)

Senior Business Architect (m/f/x) in Vienna / Wels / Linz

Your role:

• Maintain Business Capability Map: Develop and sustain the business capability map and engage with stakeholders across the global group
• Define Architectures: Oversee as-is, target, and transition architectures with relevant artifacts and blueprints
• Align Strategies: Conduct gap analyses and align business and IT strategies through actionable roadmaps
• Develop Principles: Define and review architecture principles, policies, and standards with stakeholders.
• Engage and Support: Drive stakeholder engagement, support projects, and communicate complex concepts clearly

Your expertise:

• Significant experience (7+ years) in business process optimization, solution/system/product design, and business analysis: best case you have experience within the logistics or retail industries and have an understanding of supply chain processes and procurement strategies
• A university or technical degree in a relevant field
• Deep experience with business process management and improvement (OCEB, BPMN), as well as IT service management processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction (ITIL)
• Strong negotiation skills and experience presenting architectural concerns to C-Level stakeholders
• German language skills min. C1 level (required) and English language skills min. B2 level
