IT Consultant (m/w/d) Software CCM Solutions up to 100% remote

Are you an IT Consultant (m/f/x) with experience working with Software Products, preferably with Enterprise Solutions and SaaS? Our client is an international software company known for developing some of the industry's top-rated Customer Communications Management solutions for enterprise and global 500 companies. We are excited to look for a skilled professional to join our Professional Services team in the Vienna, Austria office to lead exciting implementation projects in DACH.

IT Consultant (m/w/d), up to 100% remote

Your role:

• Implement IT projects as part of a Professional Services team of around 17 colleagues covering the DACH region
• Help enterprise customers develop and implement long-term organizational structures and processes through state-of-the-art software solutions- starting with technical analysis of their needs, architecture design, creating templates, API integrations, using innovative tools and extensive product portfolio
• Managing end-to-end technical projects and implementing individual solutions
• Acting as a reliable partner and go-to contact for clients, as a key-liaison between product and service teams and ensuring delivery and projects are handled accordingly
• Identifying needs of partners, customers and internal IT
• Collaboration with various teams and departments, including international stakeholders and counterparts in other regions

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar technical consultant role working with software solutions, ideally in the B2B sector and enterprise Software solutions
• Good technical knowledge of software/web development and implementation of software solutions, as well as software architectures and API integrations
• Experience optimizing business processes, resource management, project management, and budget allocation
• Very customer-oriented and adept at building and growing lasting relationships, gaining trust and resolving issues when needed
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed throughout DACH
• Business-Level German and English
