The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Night Audit

As a Night Auditor and first point of contact for our guests, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests during the night.

Your tasks:

• Front Office tasks, such as guest check-in and check-out, concierge tasks and answering phone requests at night
• Running of daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identifying any special requests, and checking reports for accuracy
• Responsibility for the smooth running of the night shift in close cooperation with our Night Manager
• Organization of taxi and limousine rides
• Responsibility for luggage distribution in the night
• Assistance in In Room Dining

Your Competencies:

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Experience working at the Front Office
• Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
• Professional communication skills and appearance
• resilience, teamwork and flexibility
• Quality awareness
• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
• excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
• knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
