Internship in Global Trade, Customs & Compliance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Organization in compliance and ensure the flow of inbound and outbound material
• Assist in the frequent interaction with our internal and external stakeholders such as Custom Authorities, Customers, Suppliers etc.
• Support at import and export compliance checks as well as clarification and resolution of customs holds & issues
• Support in the implementation of AI based software solutions
• Support our team in global trade regulations research, preferential procedure and other special trade programs and regular customs broker audit
• Carry out Data Analysis for customs relevant topics to assist the decision-making process
• Ensure clean Process Management and assist with the continuous improvement of existing customs processes

Your Qualifications:

• Ongoing / finished Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics / Industrial Engineering / Tax
• Effective problem solving skills
• Good analytical and strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Advanced MS Office Skills
• Able to communicate with people from different countries
• Interest in working in a technical environment is desirable
