Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the business case and customer satisfaction.

• Collaboration with external stakeholders to develop a business case for new products or improvements.
• Defining the positioning strategy and creating a competitive analysis for the product vision.
• Responsibility for creating the product roadmap and supporting stakeholders in visualizing and prioritizing products or improvements using ROI analyses and a 2×2 matrix.
• Guiding all departments to adhere to the SDLC process and ensuring smooth communication and adherence to processes.
• Gathering, managing and prioritizing market and customer requirements.
• Participate in sprint refinements and sprint reviews for final acceptance or rejection of product and feature developments.
• Regularly analyze and report on progress.
• Ensuring on-time product delivery and aligning expectations with management and stakeholders as appropriate.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as an IT Product Manager or in a similar position

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.

• Strong technical understanding: Background in software development and project management is preferred

• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment

• Profound problem-solving & communication skills and a passion for creative environments

• Organizational talent and leadership make you stand out

• Excellent English skills

• Nice-to-have:

• Work experience in the FinTech industry

• Good communication skills in German
