Job DescriptionIMPROVEMENT OF GLOBAL DATA PRIVACY COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
In consultation with key stakeholders, you will assist in drafting new and updating existing internal data privacy policies, guidelines, and processes. You skillfully apply your expertise, enabling you to directly contribute to the improvement of our global data privacy strategy.
RECORDS OF PROCESSING ACTIVITIES AND PRIVACY BY DESIGN
You will be responsible to maintain Red Bull’s records of processing activities as well as to update the internal procedures regarding Privacy by Design.
TRAININGS & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
You will assist with knowledge sharing and the monitoring of privacy developments and develop and provide key privacy trainings to the company.
LEGAL ADVICE
You will provide privacy advice to relevant HQ business and legal stakeholders and provide hands on legal support for complex international data privacy matters on day to day business initiatives.
QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of combined, relevant experience in international law firms and/or in-house legal departments of an international company.
Solid knowledge of European data privacy law, experience in coordinating strategic and international projects and stakeholder management.
You have sharp analytical and communication skills and strong aptitude for technology. You are diligent, proactive, collaborative, and have demonstrated excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking.
Excellent organizational skills and process-oriented, with a well-structured working style.
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.446,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
