We are seeking a Finance Analyst to become a part of our expanding team and assist us in maintaining control over our finances. If you have a passion for numbers and thrive in a supportive and driven environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Responsibilities - Document all transactions in our financial system and automate the entry process.
- Generate cost analysis reports for both fixed and variable expenses.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process sales invoices and conduct follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and partners as necessary.
- Treasury management for all payments and investments.
- Provide support for financial analysis and budgeting activities.
- Offer administrative assistance for budget preparation.
- Engage in correspondence with domestic and international banks, finance departments, and tax consultants.
Requirements
- A degree in finance or a closely related field is required.
- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in finance, preferably within an international setting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, coupled with a keen interest in information technology and numerical analysis.
- An initiative-driven approach with a robust ambition to advance.
- Ability to work independently, with precision and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, and good command of German or other languages is a plus.
- Preferably, possession of a work permit for Austria.

The annual gross salary for this role is € 42.000,- for full-time (38.5 hours per week), with the possibility of a higher amount based on experience and qualifications. We suggest discussing the exact monthly amount you will receive in your account during a personal interview!
