Our Robotics Process Automation and Consulting sub-business unit is a central component of CGI. We are experts in RPA software development (with tools such as BluePrism, UiPath, AutomationAnywhere, PowerAutomate and programming languages such as Java, .NET, C++, Python), DevOps engineering, agile transformation, process optimization and project management. The RPA department is the link between business/operations and IT. We analyze processes, rethink them and automate them to create added value for our customers. Our work also includes technologies such as machine learning, chatbots and OCR. We have been at the forefront of Agile Development for several companies and work in a joint BUS/IT DevOps approach. Our portfolio ranges from individual consulting services to the implementation of projects and training to the provision of managed automation services. Tasks: Consulting and optimization: Support in advising our customers on the optimization and further development of existing frameworks Implementation of robotics processes: Collaboration in the implementation of Robotics processes and the definition of modules that are maintenance-friendly. Reporting: Creation of target group-oriented reporting that also includes management. Documentation of processes: You will help to document the implemented RPA processes and solutions so that clear traceability and maintainability are ensured. Support and maintenance of automation solutions: You will assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing RPA solutions to ensure they remain stable and efficient over time. Knowledge management: You will help create and maintain technical documentation and best practices to ensure that knowledge is shared within the team and utilized for future projects Optional: Workshops and trainings: Support in the preparation and implementation of workshops and trainings to expand knowledge about RPA Depending on your level of experience Support in the conception and realization of frameworks: You actively help with the development and integration of frameworks and systems into existing neighboring systems to improve our customers' automation solutions. Proof of concepts and evaluations: You will participate in the preparation and execution of proof of concepts and showcases and help evaluate tools to ensure that the right technologies are selected for our customers' needs. Participate in the proposal process: You will support the team as part of the solution architecture process by assisting with proposal processes and defining solutions that meet customer requirements. Definition of development approaches: You will work on the definition and continuous improvement of development processes to increase efficiency and quality. Testing and quality assurance: You are involved in carrying out tests and quality assurance to ensure that all developed solutions meet the requirements and function reliably. Qualification: Completed studies or comparable training: You have a completed technical / university degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics or comparable training in the technical field. Professional experience: You have initial experience as a developer or solution architect and have already gained practical knowledge in the development or implementation of solutions. Programming skills: You have experience in programming and know at least one scripting / programming language such as Java, C/C++, .NET or comparable. Database knowledge: You have already worked with databases, especially SQL. Experience with RPA software: You have gained initial experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere or PEGA - or you have experience in test automation. Initial knowledge of RPA architecture: Ideally, you have initial experience in the design and implementation of RPA architectures and systems. Analytical and presentation skills: You are characterized by analytical thinking, a solution-oriented way of working and good communication and presentation skills. Language skills: You are business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of written and spoken English.
