We are seeking an experienced and talented Staff Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
- Define technology roadmaps and best practices for full-stack development.
- Implement responsive user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks (Angular preferred) and optimize backend services for performance and security.
- Ensure clean, maintainable code using Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and feature enhancements.
- Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives..
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with at least one strongly-typed language: Golang, Java, or Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of web development concepts, best practices, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, or Svelte).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Background in microservices architecture.
- Understanding of modern data science principles and tools.
