Senior Customer Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute commercial and technical aspects of complex local and international projects, focusing on large deals (Type 6 / J920 / NPI) with order volumes of 10-50 million €/order
• Manage extended scope, semi-turnkey, and standard equipment contracts for New Unit and service business
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing, and Service
• Oversee full project life-cycle from order intake to commissioning and handover
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, time, and budget constraints
• Handle contract, claim, risk management, cost control, and scheduling with Project Controls Team
• Monitor and track project progress, resolving issues and ensuring timely execution
• Enforce safety protocols and lead a cross-functional project organization
• Deliver reports and presentations to project teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate service staff and subcontractors at construction sites
• Leverage execution know-how and develop best practices for project management
• Negotiate scope changes and manage project quality control

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Very strong professional experience in relevant industry and project management experience
• Experience managing projects worth 20-50 million USD
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary environments with diverse experiences
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills
• Experience influencing executive sponsors and stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Team player with motivational skills; self-starter mentality with excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and business understanding; willingness to travel internationally

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
