As an Order Management Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery, handling everything from order processing and inquiries to managing backorders and cancellations.   • Order Processing & Monitoring – Overseeing daily order flow, ensuring all placed orders are processed and interfaced correctly.
  • Shipment Coordination – Regularly tracking order status, credit checks,issuing certificates, partners informed, and ensuring timely shipment planning and execution.
  • Claim Management – Handling transport-related claims in line with company guidelines to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Single point of contact - For all internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Exception Handling & Reporting – Identifying and escalating irregularities while maintainingaccurate reporting for internal tracking.
  • Process Optimization – Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Month ends – Manually planning shipments with the logistics team, following up on non paying partners
What we ask

  • Experience in order management and logistics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data preparation and interpretation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and take initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills – previous experience with Oracle, Orion, Pepls is an advantage
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Fluent in Business English (written and spoken) is a must, as all business is conducted in English, with a strong focus on professionalism and clarity

Further Information

We offer a market-oriented annual target salary (including bonus) from EUR 45,000 gross, depending on your educational background and experience. Flexible working schedules and mobile working are integral part of our new way of working.
