Software Tester-hybrid (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Continuous testing to ensure user-friendliness and error-free functionality.
• Identify and resolve application and system errors, including root cause analysis and error correction.
• Independently conduct and document necessary tests.
• Ensure compliance with specifications in terms of functionality.
• Direct contact/support for customers and partners.
• Responsible for improving software quality and preventing errors, working closely with the Professional Services and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for software applications.
• Perform manual testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Analyze test results and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
• Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks.

• Knowledge of quality assurance and test design is an advantage.
• Good technical understanding, and experience with MS SQL for data analysis is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of German.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
