Title: Medical Science Liaison
Location: Germany East


Position Overview:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will be a field-based representative of the medical affairs organization, who will serve to develop and maintain working relationships with external collaborators and key opinion leaders within disease areas relevant to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and principal investigators
• Help coordinate medical education to external stakeholders

• Participate in the collection and exchange of scientific/technical information

• Represent the client at major meetings and conferences
• Maintain clinical and technical expertise in the therapeutic area through review of the scientific literature and attendance at key scientific meetings
• Assist in the development of, and participate in, regional advisory boards and medical education programs
• Other duties as assign

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (Diploma, Master,, PhD, PharmD, or MD with a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in industry (i.e., biotech/pharmaceutical/medical device company, Contract Research Organization), 1 year experience as an MSL required
• CNS experience highly preferred
• Experience with product launch
• Fluent in English and local language
