As part of the OCE team in the German Hub (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you are responsible for account management for digital marketing and omnichannel engagement for the Austrian affiliate. In close coordination with your business partners, you develop an integrated strategy for digital customer engagement. As anAssociate/Lead (wm/w/d) - Omnichannel Engagement , you understand how to translate business priorities into clear strategies and work with stakeholders at both local and international levels.

We are the central organization, affiliated with the Chief Marketing Office, responsible for digital marketing and omnichannel campaigns across functions and countries. Omnichannel Account Managers, Capability/Channel Experts, and operational supporters work together to optimize and implement our activities. Our structure gives us a broad view of the organization, and we see it as our task to leverage synergies and learn from each other.

Your Experience:
You have a degree in marketing, communication, technology, or a comparable field. You have excellent language skills in English, German skills are very helpful. You have a good understanding of functions in the pharmaceutical environment and their processes - especially marketing. You have worked with agencies and external partners and can take on a leadership role in project work.
For this position, the minimum salary of the applicable collective agreement is EUR 2.471,-- (gross per month based on full-time employment) with the willingness to pay more depending on professional experience and qualifications.
