As part of the OCE team in the German Hub (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you are responsible for account management for digital marketing and omnichannel engagement for the Austrian affiliate. In close coordination with your business partners, you develop an integrated strategy for digital customer engagement. As anAssociate/Lead (wm/w/d) - Omnichannel Engagement , you understand how to translate business priorities into clear strategies and work with stakeholders at both local and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Strategic responsibility for planning and executing customer-centric omnichannel campaigns based on market research, performance data, and a standardized Hub OCE approach within the functional area.
  • Capability Leadership: Building and optimizing digital channels for communication with HCPs; implementing innovative ideas to enhance customer experience; responsible for paid media tactics and partnerships in collaboration with Product and Corporate Communications.
  • Enterprise Mindset: Developing digital skills (field and office) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Acting as a change agent for digital tactics at the branch level and responsible for proactive best practice sharing and regular coordination with IBU OCE teams.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensuring operational processes for creating digital tactics in collaboration with local and international teams and agencies, particularly with regard to automation, standardization, and modular content. Coordinating operational planning and execution within CET.
  • Measure to Win: Defining, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative customer interaction data in collaboration with the Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) team. Responsible for digital KPIs within the performance scorecard.
  • Integrity Wins: Ensuring and adhering to compliance processes for digital advertising materials, particularly email marketing and external advertising platforms.

We are the central organization, affiliated with the Chief Marketing Office, responsible for digital marketing and omnichannel campaigns across functions and countries. We see ourselves as jointly responsible for business success. Omnichannel Account Managers, Capability/Channel Experts, and operational supporters work together to optimize and implement our activities. Our structure gives us a broad view of the organization, and we see it as our task to leverage synergies and learn from each other.

Your Personality:

You understand how to align business goals and translate them into strategy, implementation, and measurement. You prioritize identifying and advancing simplifications and innovations. You take the initiative and anticipate the needs of your business partners by proactively questioning with a winning mindset and providing valuable suggestions and insights for the growth of the area. You promote and demand excellence, consensus, and cohesion within the team.

Your Experience:

You have a degree in marketing, communication, technology, or a comparable field. You have excellent language skills in English, German skills are very helpful. You have a good understanding of functions in the pharmaceutical environment and their processes - especially marketing. You have worked with agencies and external partners and can take on a leadership role in project work.

For this position, the minimum salary of the applicable collective agreement is EUR 2.471,-- (gross per month based on full-time employment) with the willingness to pay more depending on professional experience and qualifications.
