These are your main areas of activity You are responsible for all IT helpdesk inquiries You are the first point of contact for incoming telephone or written fault reports (ticket acceptance, analysis, solution and documentation in the ticket system) You coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of various IT problems with different parties involved, including technical departments You support users with IT problems, including remote support You maintain the internal knowledge database and manage user accounts and rights in compliance with existing policies and standard procedures What you bring with you You have completed an IT-oriented apprenticeship or a comparable basic qualification, e.g. IT specialist, IT administrator, IT specialist for system integration or application development (m/f/d) You have already gained professional experience in customer support / customer care / 1st level support / user helpdesk You have a strong customer and service orientation as well as high analytical and problem-solving skills In addition, you impress with your communication skills, reliability and good comprehension skills You have fluent language skills in German and English Prospects Fair pay: With us, you will receive above-tariff pay and a subsidy for a job ticket for local public transport Security: You will receive a permanent employment contract in a future-proof company and a fixed salary that will also be paid when you are not working.
