Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) - German & French

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to support our B2B and B2C customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for high-quality food, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, we would love to hear from you!

Tasks

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, and product-related inquiries.
• Act as the first point of contact for B2C customers (individual consumers) and B2B clients (restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers).
• Schedule and conduct visits to potential and existing B2B customers to promote our organic meat offerings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience by addressing issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
• Fluency in French, German, and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of the meat/food industry or an eagerness to learn.
