R&D Scientific & Operational Assistance (m/f/d) - Part Time

Your tasks
  • Help create detailed and well-structured presentations that highlight key findings, methodologies and project status updates
  • Ensure presentations are tailored for the intended audience, using visuals and data to effectively communicate research results
  • Support the drafting and reviewing of contracts, including research agreements and partnership documentation
  • Coordinate with the legal department to ensure that contracts are compliant with research guidelines and project requirements
  • Provide management support to Head of R&D, assisting with administrative tasks, meeting preparations and lead strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a point of contact for science and technological advancement communication
  • Facilitate communication within the team to ensure all necessary information is shared in a timely manner
Our expectations
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with R&D processes and data management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of contracts or legal documents is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in German and English and a collaborative mindset
