• You take over and support tasks in field service, such as service coordination and scheduling - this includes:
  • Creating, monitoring and resolving service tickets,
  • Planning service assignments and
  • Creating and checking reports and evaluations
• You are in regular contact with our service technicians, customers, suppliers and service branches in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Oman.

• You are qualified for your role with a commercial or technical education with a high school diploma (HAK, HTL, HBLA, etc.) or professional experience in a comparable position.
• You have very good German and English skills.
• You have experience with scheduling, time and resource management as well as strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• As a communicative personality, you are characterized by an independent and structured way of working, and you also maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
