Your tasks Operation and administration of a heterogeneous IT infrastructure in the data center environment Configuration, operation and troubleshooting of servers (Windows Server, SLES, Micro Focus OES 2018) Support of client systems (Windows10/10) Network operation and error analysis (focus: Cisco, F5, Genoa) Administration of Microsoft Exchange and Citrix environments Operation of web-based applications in security-critical infrastructures Support and error analysis of antivirus solutions Installation, configuration and analysis of server hardware (HPE) User support (1st/2nd level, by telephone & remotely) Maintenance of IT documentation Collaboration on smaller IT projects Your profile Completed training in the IT sector, as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification Confident, service-oriented demeanor even in demanding situations In-depth experience with Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange Sound knowledge of networking (Cisco), incl.
