Your challenges:

Helping our customers by setting the standard for exceptional customer care, creating lasting relationships and driving success for our organization in our location in Vienna, serving the following countries: Austria, Germany and Poland.

Responsibilities:

Embark on an exhilarating journey with our customers to deliver the best service they deserve when interacting with us to meet each and every specific need.

Be the friendly face of our company, handling customer inquiries with care and providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Facilitating seamless collaboration among our Sales, Technical Service, and logistics teams is key to customer satisfaction.

Order Management by using our internal tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Esker and the usual MS Office tools.

Your daily activities will include tasks like communication with customers and colleagues through various channels, such as eMail or phone. Also, you will be managing orders, dealing with customer complaints, supporting your colleagues from Sales and other departments.

You may also be asked to support with other tasks, such as managing customer tenders or participate in customer care related projects.

Education, training, professional experience:

· Customer Interaction: Experienced in working directly with customers.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

· Helpful Attitude: Enthusiastic about assisting others.

· Problem-Solving: Proficient at analytical thinking and finding solutions.

· Collaboration: Works well both independently and as part of a team.

· Positive Mindset: Maintains a positive attitude and embraces learning.

· Adaptability: Comfortable working with both customers and systems.

· Positive Energy: Brings optimism to work and team interactions.

Professional competence, special knowledge (e.g. languages, IT)

• ERP and CRM Familiarity: Preferred experience with ERP and CRM systems.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Proficiency in German is required, English is the company language, and proficiency in Polish is highly desirable.
