How you will create an impact:
- Hiring: Support all partner recruiting processes in close cooperation with local HR, Legal and the Board.
- Onboarding: Provide support for the onboarding of new partners, ensuring their smooth integration into the partnership while maintaining proper documentation.
- Separations & Offboarding: Manage partner separations, ensuring compliance with policies and a structured, discrete offboarding process.
- Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with the Board, Division Leaders, Finance and local HR teams to coordinate partner salary rounds, including bonus calculations and payroll communication.
- HR Policies: Manage requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part-time work, in collaboration with local HR, ensuring seamless execution.
- Shareholder Processes: Provide operational support for partner election and confirmation processes and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Board Policies & Processes: Manage ad-hoc Board requests in a timely manner, thereby providing support in the execution of new policies, communications, and process updates.
- Performance & Development: Support performance management processes and manage learning and development offerings, such as partner evaluation, performance improvement plans, and leadership development programs.
- HR Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate and complete partner HR data, ensuring employment records, contract changes, and compensation details are properly managed.
- Reporting: Prepare HR reports and insights for the Board and senior leadership upon request.
About you:
- Minimum of six years of HRBP or HR operations experience in an international business environment.
- Extensive experience in HR execution across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, compensation, evaluations, and exits.
- Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity, or similar) with a global matrix organization is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP HCM or similar) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS 365); advanced Excel skills for data management are crucial.
- Ability to work confidently with senior executives, delivering high-touch, professional HR support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a service-oriented mindset: proactive, responsive, and solutions-driven.
- Adaptable and agile, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex requests independently.
- Fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong plus.
